You are suposed not to win on first try.
All your skills only go till level 5, so losing them is no big deal, and you dont lose bought/won special skills (radar, etc).

It wont let me build sometimes. I click it and it goes with the timer, and when its complete and i click it, i cant place the ghost. And i DONT get the money spend back.

On my first try i won by eradiction.

But on my second try on normal i lost. By time. Only ONE state was left, with around 100 infected.

It doesnt even say anyway you can lose becouse of time.

Seriusly. The rocket doesnt always go to the same place even if you dont change your aim at all.
It feels too "sensitive" too. It just flys all over the place.
And your target is waaaaaay to far (with all the other problems i listed.)
This fails hard.
